Allan Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Allan started their career in 2006 at ASUS, where they worked as a Data Analyst and later as a Technical Support Professional. At Pegatron, from 2009 to 2012, Allan served as an Engineering Supervisor, responsible for maintaining production line operations and technical record-keeping. After this, they joined Hosting, where they held various roles including Technical Support and Cloud Services, where they managed VMware administration and built solutions on AWS and Azure. At Humana, Allan worked as both a Senior Software Engineer and a DevOps Engineer, contributing to Azure migration projects and creating reusable Terraform modules. Allan'smost recent role was with DocuSign as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on the Cloud Operations team, supporting the Rooms product and implementing continuous integration pipelines and deployment processes. Allan's latest position is as a DevOps Engineer at Medality, formerly MRI Online.

Allan Taylor attended Daymar College-Louisville from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained an associate degree in PC Repair.

In addition to their formal education, Allan has obtained several certifications. In September 2016, they obtained the Microsoft Specialist: Architecting Microsoft Azure Solutions certification from Microsoft. In April 2019, they received the AWS Security Speciality certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In January 2019, they obtained the DevOps Engineer - Professional certification from Amazon Web Services. Other certifications obtained by Allan include the Red Hat Certified Engineer certification from Red Hat in May 2015, the Certified Developer - Associate Level certification from Amazon Web Services in October 2016, and the Solutions Architect - Professional Level certification from Amazon Web Services in May 2016.
