Cassie Wilcox is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience (CX) and research services. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Research & Insights at Medallia since July 2014, Cassie leads a community of seasoned CX practitioners through all stages of transformational CX initiatives, offering strategic guidance to large organizations. Previously, Cassie held various roles at Medallia, including Senior Director and Director of Professional Services. Prior experience includes positions at Northstar Research Partners, where roles ranged from Senior Research Manager to Research Associate, and a Paraeducator position at San Mateo County Office of Education. Cassie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Math & Statistics from The Johns Hopkins University.
