Heather Hansma

Heather Hansma is an accomplished executive specializing in product strategy and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Product Strategy & Operations at Medallia. Previously, Heather held various senior leadership positions at Twilio, including Senior Director of Product Management for Market Strategy and Product Strategy, as well as Chief of Staff in the Office of the COO. At Wells Fargo, Heather served as SVP, Chief of Staff, and Head of Strategy for Digital Channels and Contact Center, along with several other prominent roles focused on product management and strategy. Early career experience includes an Associate position at Oliver Wyman. Heather holds an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
