Ian Didriksen

Ian Didriksen is a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Medallia since October 2024, with previous experience as a Site Reliability Engineer at ZYZYGY INC from February 2022 to October 2024, where contributions included the design and migration of a Centralized Logging System to a cloud-based architecture and the transition from Puppet to Ansible. Ian also served as a Teaching Assistant and Student Researcher at Universidad Nacional del Sur between February 2021 and August 2022, focusing on Object Oriented Programming and developing mathematical models for predicting weed growth with neural networks. Ian holds an Engineer's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Universidad Nacional del Sur, completed in 2022.
