Mike Schmidt

Mike Schmidt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and client services, currently serving as the Director of Professional Services Sales at Medallia since March 2021. In this role, Mike manages a team responsible for selling Professional Services across key industries, earning recognition as a top performer in the President's Club. Prior to Medallia, Mike spent over thirteen years at Gallup, where roles included Senior Manager and Regional Director, overseeing significant client accounts and driving revenue through strategic sales enablement. Early career experiences include internships with the United States Senate and CommunityAmerica Credit Union, complemented by an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and a journalism degree from the University of Kansas.
