Nigel Herbert

Nigel Herbert is an experienced industry leader currently serving as the Industry Director for Government, Healthcare, Lifesciences, and Automotive at Medallia since February 2021. With an extensive background in business development and strategic partnerships, Nigel previously held multiple roles at IBM from 2006 to 2021, where significant contributions included transforming IBM's business in the UK and Ireland and establishing key collaborations with major global systems integrators. Prior to IBM, Nigel was involved in leading healthcare strategies at Sun Microsystems, managing public sector business units at both Vignette Inc and SAP Portals, and held several strategic sales roles at Critical Path Inc and ICL High Performance Systems Ltd. Nigel's leadership extends to serving as Chairman and CEO of Old Mill Estates Ltd and as a Forum Board Member for Ashtead Community Vision. Educational achievements include attending London Business School and obtaining an HNC in Computer Science from South Glamorgan Institute of Higher Education.
