Lucas R. started their career at Staples in 2005, where they held various sales and management roles and helped launch the technology services department. Lucas then worked at Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Representative & Intern, providing individual and business financial services. Lucas joined Allstate in 2012 as a Financial Analyst, where they led the financial planning, analysis, and reporting team. Lucas then joined Atlas Technology Group LLC in 2013 as a Financial Analyst, focusing on mergers and acquisitions in the technology industry. Lucas joined RadiumOne in 2015, where they worked in finance, handling global FP&A, cost management, and ad/mar-tech industry valuation. In 2016, Lucas joined Practice Fusion as a Senior Financial Analyst and later became a Finance Manager. Lucas then worked at Propeller Health as a Finance Manager and Interim Head of Finance before joining Elation Health in 2021 as a Senior Finance Manager. Finally, Lucas joined Medallion in 2023 as the Director of Finance & Strategy.

Lucas R. attended California State University-Sacramento from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. In addition to their degree, Lucas also passed the Level 1 CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) exam in June 2013. Recently, in November 2022, Lucas obtained a certification in Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: US Employees V4.1 from Traliant.
