Samantha Carow

Samantha Carow is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in both startup and established company environments. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Medallion since January 2024, Samantha previously co-founded and held the role of CTO at DwellWell from January 2021 to December 2023, driving significant growth and managing a team of 12 while raising $4.5 million in funding. Prior experience at Reddit included several engineering roles, culminating in an Engineering Manager position, where Samantha launched the GAINS Program to support junior and mid-level developers. Earlier career highlights include contributing to the redesign of Reddit and developing a web app at Preact, which was acquired by Spotify. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Fordham University.
