Flavia Pierron

Flavia Pierron has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Flavia most recently served as the Head HR Switzerland at Medartis starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Strategic HR Business Partner at Stryker from August 2018 to July 2022. Before Stryker, Flavia held various roles at Johnson & Johnson, including Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Team Lead from September 2017 to March 2018, as well as Talent Acquisition Partner from December 2014 to September 2017. Flavia also has experience at CNH Industrial, where they served as Support to HR Senior Vice-President EMEA and Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist from May 2013 to December 2013, and from April 2010 to December 2013, respectively. Flavia began their career at CNH Industrial as an HR Processes & Systems Specialist from May 2009 to December 2009, and as an HR Junior Specialist in Talent Acquisition & Development from April 2008 to April 2009.

Flavia Pierron completed a General Management Program at ESCP Business School from 2010 to 2011, specializing in Business Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Law from Università degli Studi di Torino, attending from 2003 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Flavia has also earned certifications in "Leading Inclusive Teams" and "Counterintuitive Leadership Strategies for a VUCA Environment" from LinkedIn in 2022.
