Faith Bridgeman

Faith Bridgeman is an Account Executive at Medasource since June 2022, specializing in workforce transformation solutions within the healthcare sector. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Account Executive at Michigan Medicine and holding the role of Patient Attendant, where responsibilities involved assisting nursing staff and ensuring patient comfort and safety. Additionally, Faith contributed to research as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Michigan, where insights were gathered from interviews focused on young adults transitioning to the workforce. As a former coxswain on the Michigan Varsity Women’s Rowing Team, leadership and communication skills were honed through competition at a high level, culminating in an undefeated season and a Big Ten Championship. Faith holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Sociology from the University of Michigan.
