David Berry

David Berry is responsible for legal services, compliance and risk management at Vizient®. Berry has extensive experience in health care regulatory, compliance, corporate transactional and antitrust matters.

Prior to his current role, Berry was senior vice president and general counsel, responsible for the company's corporate legal and regulatory matters. Earlier in his career, Berry was vice president and general counsel at Provista and before that vice president and assistant general counsel at Novation, now part of Vizient.
