Samik Mukherjee

Samik Mukherjee has extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles. Samik is currently working as the VP of Engineering at MedaSystems since March 2022. Before that, they were the VP of Engineering at PS/Ship (acquired by Litera) from July 2021 to February 2022. In this role, they played a crucial part in re-architecting the SaaS Legal Tech platform for scalability and advanced analytics and was involved in the due diligence process for the acquisition.

From September 2019 to July 2021, Samik worked as the Director of Engineering at Platina Systems, where they led the development of a new Platina Analytics platform. From January 2007 to June 2008, Samik worked as the Director of Engineering at Symmetricom (now Microsemi), leading the IP video user quality of experience (QoE) monitoring software product line. Samik enabled a revenue line by deploying video QoE monitoring agents and delivered the external-facing monitoring API service.

Samik's earlier experience includes working as the Director of Engineering at Ixia from July 2002 to December 2006. Samik directed multiple network performance software product lines and played a significant role in creating the IxVPN (IPSec) product vision and architecture.
