Douglas Pamment is an experienced professional in emergency services and paramedicine, currently serving as a Field Officer with the Independent First Nations Alliance since November 2022, where responsibilities include delivering integrated emergency services to remote First Nations communities in Northern Ontario. Douglas has worked as a Primary Care Paramedic with Medavie Health Services since August 2020, and previously held similar roles at Emergency Medical Care Inc. and North Bay Regional Health Centre. Prior to a career in healthcare, Douglas served in the British Army for over five years, where roles included managing equipment logistics, infantry operations, and providing training to military personnel. Douglas holds educational credentials from CTS Canadian Career College and Richmond Hill High School.
