We operate emergency and non-emergency ambulance services, medical communications, community-based health solutions, and provide clinical training. These services are provided through 11 subsidiary companies in Canada. Together, we employ or manage nearly 3,500 dedicated, health care professionals.

We deliver emergency and non-emergency medical services in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, the Municipality of Chatham-Kent in Ontario, Elgin County in Ontario, Saskatoon and surrounding areas in Saskatchewan, and communities across eastern Alberta. Our head office is located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

The Information Technology team at Medavie Health Services is responsible for developing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient data management, and supporting the technological needs of various health service operations. This team works on deploying and optimizing enterprise-level applications like Sharepoint, managing and analyzing data to enhance service delivery, and safeguarding the network against security threats. Additionally, they offer desktop support and system administration to ensure seamless IT operations across all subsidiary companies and service areas.
