Jennifer Taylor-Oland

Jennifer Taylor-Oland has diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jennifer is currently the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Medavie since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Manager of Brand and Creative Services at Medavie from 2019 to 2022 and as the Manager of Corporate Communications at Medavie Blue Cross and Medavie Health Services from 2017 to 2019. Before joining Medavie, Jennifer served as the Director of Marketing & Communications at Alcool NB Liquor from 2014 to 2017. Jennifer also worked as the National Education and Communications Manager at Elizabeth Arden from 2011 to 2014, the Executive Director of Aveda Institute and Academy Toronto from 2009 to 2011, the Marketing Manager in Ontario at Red Bull from 2007 to 2009, and the Team Manager for Red Bull Canada from 2004 to 2007.
