Kelly has held various roles from Communications Officer to Manager in companies such as Medavie and Medavie Blue Cross. Kelly is currently the Manager of User Experience at Medavie, leading a team in growing and maturing the organization's UX research and design practice. Additionally, Kelly serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Hubcity Theatre, providing input on strategic decisions. With a background in Environmental Biology, Journalism, and Graphic Design, Kelly brings a unique skill set to their roles in designing print and digital material, creating user-centered digital experiences, and developing communications strategies.
