Jodie Cohen

Jodie Cohen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in total rewards and benefits management, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at UPSIDE Foods since July 2023. Previously, Jodie held the position of Director of Total Rewards at D-Wave Systems Inc., where responsibilities included developing a strategic rewards strategy pre-IPO in the quantum computing sector. Experience also includes leading Global Compensation and Benefits at Ritchie Bros., working on comprehensive compensation strategies at SunCoke Energy post-IPO, and overseeing benefit programs at National Express Corp. with a focus on union negotiations.
