Katie Willerick

Katie Willerick is an experienced professional in healthcare analytics and organizational psychology, currently serving as the Director of Care Transformation Analytics at MedAxiom since November 2009. Previously, Katie worked as a Performance Improvement Consultant at MedAxiom and held roles as a Process Management Consultant at Bronson Healthcare Group and as an Environmental Safety Analyst at Bronson Methodist Hospital. Katie began a career in administrative support at Prima Communications, where responsibilities included data management and employee training. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from Western Michigan University.
