Austin Champion

Mr. Champion and Ms. Curtis are responsible for the oversight of human resources and staffing for MedBridge and its managed clients. In collaboration with MedBridge management and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) administrators, they and the human resources team develop and manage staffing plans, full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee benefits, compliance, and employee-employer relationships. Mr. Champion came to MedBridge in 2018 from an international relief organization where he was the HR Manager for the NGO’s office in Greece. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Biola University and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
