Nicole Quint is a dedicated educator and leadership consultant specializing in occupational therapy, with extensive experience in higher education and K-12 environments. Since July 2024, Nicole has served as the Podcast Host for Pediatric Pioneers at Medbridge. Currently holding multiple roles at Nova Southeastern University since 2009, Nicole is a Program Director for the Post-professional DrOT and Dual Degree DrOT/PhD programs, as well as a Professor and Doctoral Capstone Coordinator. As the founder of Quint-Essential OT Consulting, Nicole provides innovative leadership coaching and educational consulting aimed at enhancing teacher and student success. Through collaborations with various educational institutions, including Broward County Public Schools, Nicole has developed impactful professional development programs and conducted needs assessments to improve educational services. Nicole holds a PhD in Conflict Analysis and Resolution and a Clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Nova Southeastern University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
