Tammy T. Duong, CPA, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Audit & Compliance at Innovative Management Systems, Inc., where responsibilities include assisting in the development of the Compliance Program and conducting audits for the organization and its clients, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. In addition, Tammy holds positions as a Compliance Consultant with MedCare Partners Health Plan and as Chief Compliance Officer/Privacy Officer for both Guidant Health Plan and Starlife Health Plan, focusing on compliance program oversight and delegation management. Previous experience includes a managerial role at Clever Care Health Plan, senior auditor positions at UCLA and L.A.
