Dana Janssen

Dana Janssen has over 15 years of leadership experience in product development, product management, strategic planning, R&D, start-ups, and technology integrations. Currently serving as the Chief Product Officer at MedCerts, they are responsible for driving the development and launch of e-learning products and defining the product vision for new programs and platforms. Previously, Dana held the role of Chief Operating Officer at MedCerts, where they provided operational and strategic leadership. They have also held positions such as Director - Programs and Services, Product Development at MedCerts, Program Developer at Mitchell Home Medical, District Manager at Arcadia Services, and District Manager at Familymeds.

Dana Janssen attended Valparaiso University from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. The field of study for this degree is unknown. Subsequently, from 1999 to 2001, Dana pursued further education at Davenport University, earning a Master of Business Administration degree in Management.
