Keyona Wilson

Keyona Wilson serves as the Senior Manager of Student Services at MedCerts, where previous roles included Manager of Student Services and Student Support Advisor. Keyona also founded and leads Key's Keys LLC, providing guidance for college preparation. Prior experience spans various educational institutions and roles, including Student Services Advisor II at Chamberlain University and Student Financial Services Campus Operations Specialist at Strayer University. Keyona's career began at the United States Postal Service, followed by multiple positions in the education sector, including Financial Aid Counselor at University of Phoenix and Accounts Payable Specialist at Xyron. Academically, Keyona holds a Doctorate in Education from the University of Phoenix, an Executive MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services Management, and an Associate’s degree in Communications from the University of Phoenix, along with a certification in Youth Ministry from Rhema Bible College.
