Ursula Fernandez Marioth

Ursula Fernandez Marioth, M.Ed., currently serves as Grant Manager at MedCerts since September 2023. Prior to this role, Ursula held the position of Associate Director of Employer Engagement at ThriveDX from June 2021 to September 2023 and managed corporate partnerships at Ancora Education between 2016 and 2020, also fulfilling roles as Director of Career Services and Adjunct Instructor. Additionally, Ursula worked at ITT Technical Institute as a Career Services Specialist, Adjunct Instructor, and Community Relations Specialist from 2013 to 2016. Ursula began a career in education as a teacher at Canal Winchester Schools from 2000 to 2013. Ursula holds a Master of Education in Education Leadership & Policy from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Art Education from The Ohio State University.
