Dr. Victoria Benson (DBA, MHRD) has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dr. Victoria began their career in the US Navy, serving in various positions such as Yeoman and Administrative Officer/Customs. After leaving the Navy, they transitioned to the private sector, working as a Human Resources Manager for companies like Twyford International and Carley Corporation.

Dr. Benson then moved into leadership roles, working as the Director of Human Resources for Advantor Systems and later as the Director of HR, Office of Research & Commercialization at the University of Central Florida. Dr. Victoria also held positions at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, serving as the Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer and later as the Interim Associate Vice Chancellor & Chief Human Resources Officer.

Their most recent work experience includes serving as the Executive Consultant Human Resources at Ajilon and currently as the Vice President Human Resources at MedCost. In these roles, they focused on providing strategic HR leadership, driving operational outcomes, and fostering employee engagement and performance.

Dr. Victoria Benson (DBA, MHRD) has a diverse education background. Dr. Victoria obtained their Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Walden University, graduating in 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Master's Degree in Human Resources Development at Webster University from 2003 to 2004. Their undergraduate studies were at the University of Central Florida, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies from 1990 to 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Dr. Benson has also received a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from MedCost in March 2020.
