Christa Bruce, MPH has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry. Christa is currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at Medcurio, where they focus on eliminating the cost, time, and difficulties associated with accessing and utilizing healthcare data in real-time. Prior to this, they worked at Sutter Health as a Senior Solutions Manager, where they played a crucial role in developing and implementing digital health solutions that integrated with electronic health records to enhance patient care and reduce clinicians' workload. Christa also streamlined innovation operations and collaborated with various teams to standardize innovation activities. Before their role at Sutter Health, Christa worked at Geisinger Health System as a Lead Research & Development Manager, overseeing the development and deployment of patient- and clinician-focused digital health tools. Christa'sresponsibilities also included collaborating with different stakeholders to define problems and implement effective development strategies. In addition to these roles, they also served as a Project Manager at Geisinger Health System, managing and implementing multiple research projects focused on integrating health information technology into primary care settings. Prior to their work in the healthcare industry, Christa worked as a Public Health Intern at Dr. Alejo Martínez Public Hospital, where they conducted a study to analyze the community's perception of the hospital's effectiveness and used the findings to improve procedures. Christa also served as an Agroforestry Extensionist in the Peace Corps and as an R&D Associate Scientist at Tyco Healthcare Retail Group, Inc. Christa Bruce, MPH, received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biology, General from Gettysburg College in the years 1993 to 1997. Christa then completed their Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Community Education at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Implementation Science Short Course from the University of California, San Francisco in May 2019, and as a Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in October 2018.
