Kristen Aleksa

Kristen Aleksa has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the technology industry. Kristen is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Professional Services at MedeAnalytics, where they lead the project professional services organization and oversees the implementation and upgrades of SaaS analytics products. Prior to their current role, Kristen worked at Kearns & Associates as an Executive Advisory Consultant, providing consultative services to streamline professional services delivery and operations for technology firms.

Before joining Kearns & Associates, Kristen held executive positions at NexusTek, where they served as the Executive Vice President of Business Operations. In this role, they played a key role in growing the Manager Service Provider (MSP) business and was responsible for setting and executing the company's business strategy. Kristen also led mergers and acquisitions deals and post-closure integrations. Prior to this role, they served as the Executive Vice President of Consulting & Operations at NexusTek, where they directed the Professional Services, Service Desk, Field Services, and Project Management teams and implemented system and business processes to support growth.

Earlier in their career, Kristen was Vice President of Consulting Services at TriZetto Corporation / Cognizant, where they led a team of consultants and oversaw consulting operations, resource management, and revenue assurance. Kristen also served as Vice President of Market Operations, where they launched a new Market Ops team and managed the sales forecast process. Additionally, they served as the Associate Vice President and Chief of Staff, supporting the CEO, President, and Executive Vice President of Professional Services. Kristen played a key role in onboarding a new CEO and developing strategic initiatives. Kristen also served as the Director of Professional Services at TriZetto, where they served as the product manager for professional services and developed staffing and pricing models.
