Kathryn Burch has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Kathryn currently holds the position of Senior Director of Product Management at MedeAnalytics since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Colorado Access where they held two roles, Business Intelligence Product Owner from October 2021 to July 2022, and Practice Facilitator from June 2020 to October 2021. Before Colorado Access, they were the Medical Staff Quality Program Manager at SCL Health from February 2019 to June 2020. Kathryn also gained experience at Denver Health Medical Plan, Inc. where they served as a QI Project Manager from June 2017 to February 2019, Intervention Manager- Quality Improvement from October 2016 to June 2017, and Referral Coordinator from November 2015 to October 2016. Kathryn'searliest work experience was as a Quality Resource Intern at Parker Adventist Hospital from April 2015 to August 2015.

Kathryn Burch, MSHCM, completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree at the Community College of Denver from 2011 to 2013. Following that, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Metropolitan State University of Denver. Most recently, they earned their Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Denver, graduating in 2022.
