Sophie Merlevede

Sophie Merlevede is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in both national and international contexts. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Médecins du Monde Belgique since October 2020, Sophie oversees the HR team and manages HR strategies, recruitment, training, and payroll for approximately 80 employees. Previous roles include Human Resources Coordinator at Médecins Sans Frontières Belgium and HR and Finance Manager for project closures at Médecins Sans Frontières.
