Ty Codner

Ty Codner has over 20 years of work experience, starting their career as a Leasing Professional at Jefferson Arbour Apartments in 1997. Ty then joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Trainee in 1999 and progressed through various roles, including Branch Rental Manager, Recruiting Supervisor, and Talent Acquisition Manager. In 2016, they joined Enterprise Holdings as a Talent Acquisition Manager for their World Headquarters - Corporate Campus. In 2019, Ty became the Director of Talent Acquisition at Quest, Inc., where they led the Talent Acquisition Team and established strategies for traditional and social media pipeline driven initiatives. Currently, they are working as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Communications at Trajector, where they are responsible for talent acquisition and communication strategies.

Ty Codner attended UCF College of Business from 1994 to 1999, earning a BA degree in Business. Ty then pursued further education from 2005 to 2007 at Mountain State University, where they obtained a Masters degree in Strategic Leadership.
