Wiem Ben Hamouda is a professional with experience in social work and project management, currently serving as Chargée d'accueil social at Médecins du Monde Belgique since January 2023. Previously, Wiem worked as a project assistant at OMEDRH from April to December 2022, where responsibilities included the execution and implementation of the ProGres Migration project, coordination with partners, administrative and financial tasks, and beneficiary support and reporting. Wiem also held the position of Researcher-Translator at VODAN Africa in 2020, focusing on the impact of COVID-19 on migrants in Tunisia and Libya. Wiem holds a Master's degree in Anthropology and African Studies from faculté des lettres et des sciences humaines Sousse, along with a summer program certificate in African Studies from the University of Bayreuth and a Bachelor's degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology from the same faculty.
