Irene Njoki

Irene Njoki is an experienced nutritionist with a demonstrated history of working in various reputable organizations, including Médecins Sans Frontières, the International Rescue Committee, and the Government of Kenya. Currently serving as a Nutritionist at Médecins Sans Frontières since June 2025, Irene's expertise encompasses clinical and community nutrition, food security, and nutrition program management. Prior roles include Nutrition Manager at Medici con l'Africa Cuamm and Nutrition Consultant with organizations such as the Kenya Red Cross and KOMAROCK Modern Patients Health Care. Irene holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Nutrition and Dietetics and a Diploma in Clinical and Community Nutrition from Kenyan universities, and is pursuing a postgraduate diploma in Gender-Based Violence in Emergencies at the University of Nairobi.
