JP Knapp has a extensive work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Starting at VTEL as a Channel Account Manager, JP consistently exceeded sales quotas and was recognized as the VTEL Sales Contributor of the Year. They later joined SpectraLink as a Healthcare Account Manager and successfully grew revenue by over 250% in the second year. At Verizon Business, JP served as a Senior Premier Account Manager, contributing to the strategic direction and retention of a top account. During their time at Vocera Communications, JP held various positions including Country Manager in the UK, Vice President of Sales for Vocera Ease, and Area Vice President for Sales Enablement & Emerging Vertical Markets. They successfully led teams, developed sales strategies, and achieved significant growth. Their most recent role was as Vice President of Sales at Artera, where JP was responsible for driving incremental ARR growth and managing a 40-person sales organization across different sales teams. JP currently holds the position of Senior VP of Sales at Medely.

JP Knapp earned a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on International Business, Economics, and MIS from Bowling Green State University.
