Zoe Chamel has over eight years of experience in various roles related to customer experience (CX) design, service design, and innovation. Zoe is currently working as the Head of CX at Medenterprises since December 2023. Previously, they served as a Director at Centricity, where they focused on customer experience strategy, design thinking, and service design. Before that, Zoe worked as a Senior Service Designer at Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand and as a CX Service Designer at Network for Learning (N4L). Zoe also held positions as a Design Thinking Capability Program Designer at ASB Bank, a Senior CX Designer at Callaghan Innovation and Mercury NZ, and a CX Capability Lift at Stats NZ. Zoe's experience also includes being a Design Sprint facilitator for Callaghan Innovation and a Senior Innovation Capability Manager at Z Energy NZ, where they built capability in innovation and led design sprints. Overall, Zoe Chamel has a strong background in CX, service design, and innovation, with expertise in design thinking and facilitation.

Zoe Chamel attended the University of Bath from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in International Management and French. Additionally, Zoe has a certification as a Human Centred Design Practitioner from LUMA Institute & AMP.
