François Biron

François Biron has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in talent acquisition and human resources. François is currently working at MEDFAR Clinical Solutions as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they are responsible for building and managing the talent acquisition team, with a focus on meeting the company's hyper-growth objectives. François is also involved in offshoring projects, RPO partnerships, campus recruitment, branding strategy, candidate experience, and internal training. Prior to this role, François worked at LogMeIn as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, where they initially focused on full-cycle recruitment for technical positions and later transitioned to a role in research and sourcing. François also played a key role in the creation of a talent intelligence team, contributing to the alignment of recruitment strategy with talent trends and analytics on a global scale. François also gained experience in talent acquisition as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at TrackTik. Before that, they worked at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) in multiple roles, including Talent Acquisition Advisor and Human Resources Technician. François started their career as a Human Resources Intern at CDPQ. François has a strong background in recruitment, sourcing, immigration, campus recruitment, employee experience, and HR-related tasks such as training, compensation, and benefits.

François Biron received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management/Administration from HEC Montréal. François attended HEC Montréal from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued Social Sciences at Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf from 2009 to 2011.

Additionally, François has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2017, they became a LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter through LinkedIn Certification. In 2020, they completed the HireBest Mastery Program: Expert at Aesop Partners. In 2021, they obtained the SmartRecruiters Administrator Certification from SmartRecruiters. Most recently, in 2022, François acquired Essential Management Skills through the McGill Executive Institute.
