Dheepak C. has over 15 years of professional work experience. Starting in 2021, they have been a Product Owner for American Express. Prior to this, they were a QA Lead for TruthMD from 2017-2021, where their roles included CSPO, Scrum Master, and prioritizing user stories, as well as conducting sprint reviews and retrospectives. From 2015-2017, they were a Business Analyst for IStrides Technologies. From 2011-2015, they were a Lead Engineer with an H1B Visa for HCL Technologies, where they performed sanity, GUI, functional and regression testing, created SQL queries, and understood requirement specifications and design documents. From 2008-2011, they were a Test Engineer Level II for eGrabber - ProdEx Technologies, where they analyzed user requirements, design documents, and business rules, prepared QA estimates, conducted QA Kick Off Meetings, implemented requirement traceability, and was responsible for web services testing.
