Lauren Genovese

Lauren Genovese is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at MedForce since May 2015, Lauren has led the Facial Team to ensure timely execution of programs and collaborated on process improvements. Previously, Lauren coordinated Allergan’s pharmaceutical facial injection programs, enhancing physician education. Prior to MedForce, Lauren worked at Sunray Medical for nine years, where leadership in operations and development led to increased customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and cost reduction. Additionally, Lauren gained experience as a Pharmaceutical Technician and Counselor at YMCA, focusing on educational and life skills counseling. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Monmouth University.
