Mark Ristau

Mark Ristau has a diverse background in education and public service. Mark has served as an Elementary Principal and Community Education Coordinator in the Medford Public Schools from 2004 to 2017. Currently, Mark holds the position of Superintendent of Schools in the Medford School District and also works as a Firefighter and Emergency Medical Responder in the Medford Fire Department since 2015. Prior to their administrative roles, Mark worked as an Elementary Teacher and Coach in the Hinckley/Finlayson School District for eight years. Mark has obtained various degrees in education and administration from St. Mary's University and Winona State University. Additionally, Mark has completed firefighter training through SASCS.
