Dipti Manchanda

Dipti Manchanda has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. They most recently worked as the Associate Director of Human Resources at MedGenome starting in 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at SUN Mobility from April 2022 to July 2022. At SUN Mobility, they also worked as a Senior Manager of Human Resources from October 2018 to March 2022, and as a Manager from July 2017 to October 2018. Before joining SUN Mobility, Dipti worked at Snapdeal as a Manager of Human Resources from April 2016 to December 2016, and as a Deputy Manager of Human Resources from October 2014 to December 2016. They also worked at Fareportal as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources from August 2013 to October 2014. Prior to that, they worked at InterGlobe Technologies as a Senior Executive of Human Resources from November 2009 to August 2013, and at Serco as a Senior Human Resource Executive from December 2007 to May 2009.

Dipti Manchanda obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong, which they pursued from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's in Commerce (Pass) at Delhi University from 2002 to 2005. Before joining Delhi University, they completed their CBSE class XII with a focus on Commerce at DPS in 2001-2002.
