Dr Vijay Nagampalli

Dr. Vijay Nagampalli is a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist II at MEDGENOME since May 2021, previously holding the position of Senior Bioinformatics Scientist. Prior experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Scientist at Cleveland Clinic from March 2016 to April 2021, where work focused on machine learning and multi-omic integration to identify novel cancer biomarkers through computational analysis of various cancer datasets. Dr. Nagampalli completed graduate studies at the Indian Institute of Science from 2006 to 2014, earning a PhD in Microbial and Molecular Genetics, and previously conducted research on temperature-sensitive mutants at the Indian Institute of Science from August 2006 to August 2015. Educational background includes an M.Sc from the University of Hyderabad from August 2004 to August 2006.
