Jhanavi Madhu

Jhanavi Madhu currently serves as the Assistant Manager - Lab Operations at MEDGENOME, having progressed through roles as Research Associate II and Research Associate in the Next Generation Sequencing Lab since January 2021. Previously, Jhanavi worked as a Research Associate at Earli Inc. and completed an internship at the Centre for Genomics and Bioinformatics, The University of Transdisciplinary Health Sciences and Tech, where training focused on bioinformatics studies and validation of sequencing data. An earlier internship at Scientific Bio-Minds involved support for Next Generation Sequencing projects and RNA-sequencing analysis in a Linux environment. Jhanavi holds a Master of Biotechnology from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology from Ramaiah Institute of Technology, alongside a pre-university education in science and high school education from Bengaluru, India.
