Angelina Degrazia

Angelina DeGrazia has a diverse work experience in recruitment and management roles. Angelina started their career as an intern at Penn State Sports Medicine Clinic in 2009. Angelina then progressed through roles such as Office Manager at Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy Associates, and Home Healthcare Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Services. Angelina held Recruitment Specialist positions at Aspect-Consulting Inc and Open Systems Technologies before joining Open Systems Healthcare in 2013. At Open Systems Healthcare, they served as a Talent Acquisition Manager and eventually as Director of Talent Acquisition, where they established recruiting best practices and processes. In 2023, Angelina moved to MedHQ as the Senior Director of Clinical Recruitment and Staffing. Throughout their career, they have shown a strong track record of quality hires and establishment of interview best practices.

Angelina DeGrazia earned a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Penn State University from 2005 to 2009.
