Charolette Obringer

Charolette Obringer has extensive experience in various management roles throughout their career. Charolette started their professional journey in 1997 as a General Manager at Old Navy. Charolette then worked as a Recruiter at Old Navy in 1999 before transitioning to a District Manager role at Gap in 2000. Subsequently, they joined Express as a District Manager in 2001 and held the position until 2007. Charolette then became the Regional Director of Operations at LensCrafters from 2007 to 2010. Following that, they served as a Regional Director at American Eagle Outfitters from 2010 to 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they held the position of Zone Vice President at LensCrafters. Charlotte started working at Belk in 2016, where they held various roles, including Regional Vice President, Vice President of Store Operations, and Group Vice President of the East Zone. Currently, they work as the SVP Franchise Operations at Medi-Weightloss.

Charolette Obringer has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame. Charolette pursued a double major in American Studies and Arts and Letters Program for Administrators (ALPA). In addition to their academic qualifications, Charolette has obtained certifications from LinkedIn. In July 2022, they completed the certification titled "Understanding and Supporting LGBTQ+ Employees." Charolette also earned a certification called "Subtle Shifts in Thinking for Tremendous Resilience" from LinkedIn in July 2021.
