Keren Singer

Keren Singer is the current Chief Financial Officer at Media Force. Keren has also held previous positions as CFO, COO, and Investor Relations at Banx, VP Finance & Operations at Stratasys, and CFO, Business Operations Asia Pacific at Comverse.

Singer has been instrumental in Banx's evolution, building a fully-regulated SaaS software platform that enables easier access, transparency and liquidity to real-estate investment, developing a digital security financial instrument. As Banx's Chief Financial Officer, they were responsible for finance, operations, HR, legal, investor relations, fundraising, government funding, preparing investor and marketing material, financial planning, forecasting, managing cash flow, strategic partner, business plans and business models, risk management, data analysis, processes and workflows, suppliers, KYC/AML onboarding processes, tax returns, all statutory and legal matters.

Before their time at Banx, Singer served as VP Finance & Operations at Stratasys from January 2014 to December 2018. Prior to that role, they were the CFO Israel at The Walt Disney Company from January 2011 to December 2014. Singer started their career at Comverse in 2004 as the CFO, Business Operations Asia Pacific and held that position until 2011.

Keren Singer has a BA in Accounting and Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Keren also has an MBA in Accounting and Finance from The College of Management Academic Studies. Keren is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has a certification in Management Essentials and Advanced Management, Taxes and International Taxation from Professional Training. Keren also has a certification from Jolt.io in Certified Jolt Speaker and a certification from Mamram Alumni Association in Network Manager.

They are on a team with David Resnik - Chief Revenue Officer, Adi Noyman - VP of Media, and Rich Davingnon - VP of Supply. Their manager is Eyal Moshe, Founder & CEO. Some direct reports include Oran Ginzburg - VP of Finance, Itai Rozin - Head of Technical Ops.
