Tawanda Carlton

Tawanda Carlton is currently the PR Director at Media Frenzy Global, but they have also worked extensively in communications and customer service. Tawanda began their career at UnitedHealth Group in July 2014 as a Communications Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for communicating plan changes to policy holders and providers, as well as researching and resolving customer issues. Tawanda excelled in this role and was quickly promoted to Information Specialist at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina in October 2015. In this role, they were responsible for creating daily reports, interpreting data, and ensuring adherence to departmental policies and regulations. Tawanda was again promoted in September 2016 to their current position as PR Director at Media Frenzy Global. In this role, they are responsible for managing all public relations activities for the company. Tawanda has proven herself to be an excellent communicator and an outstanding problem-solver, and they are highly respected by their colleagues.

Tawanda Carlton has a Bachelor of Science in Media Studies from East Carolina University and a Master of Science in Health Communication from Boston University.
