Kelly Hare

Kelly Hare has over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry. Kelly is currently the Director of Casting and Recruitment at Media Lab Science, where they validate beauty brands through clinical testing and produces before and after video and photos in their studio. Prior to this, they owned KellyHareProductions, a production company that provided direction, writing, script analysis, casting, and production management services for various media projects. Kelly also owned and operated Kelly Hare Coaching, a coaching studio focused on empowering businesses and individuals in their industry and careers.

Earlier in their career, Kelly worked as a Casting Associate at London/Stroud Casting and Pagano Manwiller Casting, where they managed all aspects of the casting process for notable projects with well-established actors and entertainment professionals. Kelly wrote detailed character descriptions, reviewed photos and resumes, conducted auditions, and selected talent for various outlets such as Universal, Sony, ABC, and Netflix.

Kelly Hare holds a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of South Florida.
