Burcu Grit has over a decade of experience in customer relationship management, currently serving as the CRM Department Manager at MediaMarkt Turkey since May 2018, after holding roles as CRM Campaign & Analytics Manager and CRM Campaign & Analytics Senior Specialist. Prior experience includes various positions at GittiGidiyor from November 2012 to May 2018, progressing from Customer Support Officer to CRM Specialist and Customer Insight roles. Burcu also completed an internship in geophysics at Yertek Mühendislik Araştırma ve Sondaj San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. in July 2011. Burcu holds a degree from Kocaeli University, obtained between 2008 and 2012.
