Janine Lyons

Janine Lyons has extensive experience in business development and partnerships, onboarding, logistics, and information security. Janine began their career in 2009 as a Logistics and Information Security specialist in the United States Air Force, where they were chosen to take on executive programs and represented the CEO. Janine was responsible for emergency, environmental, and security management for over 465 employees, and organized professional development training for 592 Reservists, surpassing goals by 26%.

In 2016, Janine joined Service to School as the Director of Onboarding, where they spearheaded the development of the Applicant Onboarding Program to increase applicant engagement. Janine designed and implemented an orientation program that increased retention by 33%, and conducted 500+ orientations to highlight educational opportunities to separating veterans, ultimately pairing them with ambassadors; this aided in a 32% acceptance rate into top tier programs.

Most recently, Janine has been working at Media Mobilize since 2018 in a business development and partnerships role.

Janine Lyons attended the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2011 to 2015, where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences.
