Aakriti Jain has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Aakriti started their career as a Technical Writing and Editing intern at Bhinfosoultions in 2011. Aakriti then worked as a College Ambassador for Letsintern.com and later became an Area Promotions Coordinator and Partnerships Manager, handling 10 colleges with a team of 30+ individuals. In 2012, they volunteered as an Events Intern for Make a Difference, organizing fundraising events and corporate tie-ups. Aakriti then worked as an Eco Evangelist at Pure Air Lovers Society, promoting environmental awareness. Aakriti joined Jabong in 2013 as a Social Media Strategist and Business Alliance Manager. Aakriti also worked as a Marketing Executive at IRPPL during the same year, managing social media and media buying for the brand. In 2014, they became an Assistant Manager of Social Media at RepIndia, and later transitioned to Manager of Client Strategy. Aakriti joined Edelman in 2017 as a Senior Account Executive and was promoted to Account Manager. Aakriti then joined Media.Monks in 2021, starting as an Account Lead before becoming an Account Director. Currently, they hold the position of Client Services Director at Media.Monks, where they lead a team of client service professionals and focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing strategies for business growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Aakriti Jain completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a B.A program at Indraprastha College for Women, Delhi University, specializing in Maths, Computers, Human rights, and Hindi from 2010 to 2013. Aakriti's early education was at Bal Bharti Public School from 1994 to 2009. Aakriti also obtained certifications in Career Guidance and Skills Training Workshop, Introduction to Personal Effectiveness and Business Skills, and a Microsoft Digital Literacy Certificate in 2011.
