Austin Kirby

Austin Kirby has extensive work experience in the marketing and CRM field. Austin started their career in 2014 as a Leisure and Lifestyle Manager at Mark Moran Group, where they worked until 2019. In 2019, Kirby joined Destined as a Marketing Automation Consultant and later moved on to become an Associate Director - CRM at Media.Monks. In addition to these roles, they also served as the COE Lead for Marketing Automation at Media.Monks. Kirby's expertise lies in marketing automation and CRM, and they have proven their skills through various positions held throughout their career.

Austin Kirby attended Macquarie University from 2014 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with majors in Marketing and Accounting, and minors in International Business and Music. In terms of additional certifications, they acquired several Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist. Austin also obtained certifications in Google Analytics Individual Qualification and Salesforce Pardot Specialist.
